You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.

The Element Tank Royalty Free Library offers customers affordable, high-quality image and motion content. Once you purchase your Royalty Free Content, it is yours to use as often as you like, for any project, in any media, for an unlimited period of time. It’s that simple. Content is available in either single clip or economical multi-clip collections. To license Content from the Royalty Free library, simply choose a price range, select and add the Content to your cart, and check-out. Once you have paid for your Content, you will have 48 hours from your time of purchase to download your Content. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. When you purchase (license) Content via this Web Site, you authorize a charge to your credit or debit card in exchange for said Content. Where applicable, all Content purchases will include sales tax, and you agree to pay such sales taxes unless you provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to your purchase. If your credit card is declined, you dispute a charge without good reason, or otherwise fail to pay for Content you have downloaded or otherwise acquired, you agree to pay all of Element Tank's reasonable costs in collecting such amounts and in enforcing this Agreement against you or your representative, including its reasonable attorneys' fees.

REFUNDS. Each purchase, license or download of Royalty Free Content shall be deemed a final, nonrefundable sale.

DELIVERY OF CONTENT. On occasion, technical problems may delay or prevent delivery of content or otherwise interrupt or limit your access to content. Your exclusive and sole remedy with respect to Content that is not delivered or otherwise accessible within a reasonable period will be replacement of such as determined by Element Tank.
